The 5-Star Notices Are In For Sound Renovation’s Fairfield County, CT, Exterior Services

Sound Renovation has expertly handled many projects for me. Windows, doors, both asphalt and rubber roofs and outside entryways. Their crews are respectful, clean and friendly. It is always a pleasure working with them.

As the Facilities Manager for a condominium association consisting of 90 units across 27 buildings, I have had the responsibility of overseeing countless maintenance, construction, and roofing projects and working with a wide range of contractors over the years. With that experience, I can say without hesitation that Sound Renovation stands out among the very best contractors we have worked with. Sound Renovation has successfully completed two major roofing projects for our association, and on both projects they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their workmanship, communication, organization, scheduling, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional. What impressed me most was the way they handled not only the work itself, but also the people affected by the work. Their interactions with our unit owners were outstanding. They were courteous, respectful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. That is extremely important in a condominium community, where construction projects directly impact residents’ homes and daily lives. Their ability to manage the project and maintain a professional schedule was equally impressive. They showed up prepared, communicated effectively, stayed on top of the work, and followed through on their commitments. There was never a question about whether the job was being properly managed. Cleanliness was another area where Sound Renovation truly separated themselves from other contractors. Keeping a construction site clean is extremely important to our residents, and Sound Renovation took that responsibility seriously. They consistently maintained the property, cleaned up after themselves, and made every effort to minimize the impact of the construction on our community. When the projects were completed, the property was left clean, organized, and in excellent condition—often looking better than it did before the work began. As a Facilities Manager, my reputation is directly tied to the contractors I recommend and the quality of the work performed on our property. I would not make a recommendation like this unless I was completely confident in the company behind it. I highly recommend Sound Renovation without reservation. Based on our experience, they have proven themselves to be a reliable, professional, highly skilled, and exceptionally well-managed company. They have earned our confidence and our trust, and we will absolutely look to Sound Renovation for future roofing projects. In my experience, it is rare to find a contractor that delivers outstanding workmanship while also maintaining the highest level of professionalism, communication, respect for residents, and cleanliness. Sound Renovation has done exactly that. They are truly a top-notch company, and I would recommend them to any association, property manager, or homeowner looking for a roofing contractor they can trust.

Sound renovations recently completed a job at my home. Their level of responsiveness and professionalism from start to finish was amazing. Throughout each step of the process communication was on time and clear and the crew executed accordingly. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result!!

Adam and the team at Sound Renovation did repair work on our roof. We found out during that process that they had assisted the previous home owner as well. They did a great job - were responsive, on time and thorough in their repairs. We would absolutely use them again and recommend.

Highly recommend the team at Sound Renovation. Not only did they replace my roof in the dead of winter after a tree fell, but when a second tree fell months later and damaged the newly installed roof, they had a team out there the next morning to make repairs. Thank you, Adam and Paul.

Adam, his brother Paul and their staff were super easy to work with throughout the entire roof replacement, chimney rebuild and siding repair project. Would definitely recommend using them for your next roofing / siding project. Added on front walk repointing during project because was so happy with work. Quick, efficient and friendly and fairly priced

Very thankful to have been connected with Adam and Paul Mocciola. We completed both a roofing project and a massive kitchen/dining/family/guest suite with them and have been over the moon happy with how the project has turned out. Communication has been on point and we feel we put our dream house in the best hands. Very hands on, customized, and personalized experience which is everything you want when renovating your home.

Adam and his crew were quick to replace my roof and did a great job, they even did a remarkable job with cleanup. Price was also very reasonable. Very professional and prompt with e-mails, paperwork, permits, etc. I would highly recommend Sound Renovation for your next roofing job or exterior work.

We had a great experience working with Sound Renovations for some minor work on our standing seam metal roof. It can be difficult to find reliable and knowledgeable contractors with experience working on metal roofs, but Sound Renovations checks all those boxes. Adam was also very prompt and responsive throughout the process, from estimate to finished work. We are very satisfied with the end result, will certainly rely on Sound Renovations in the future, and highly recommend them.

We had Paul replace a broken, rotten sliding glass door with a beautiful modern one that transformed one of our most used spaces. His team is extremely professional and I will gladly call Sound Renovations for any of my future needs.

These guys are the best! Competitive pricing and high end work. Owner was beyond easy to work with and all the workers are very personable and respectful. Would hire these guys for all my future needs and recommend to any family and friends.

Sound Renovation just completed a full siding job for us, replacing our old cedar shingles with James Hardie Plank, and it looks great! The entire team from Adam, and Paul, to their crew were great to work with and very responsive. The crew showed up every day, on-time and ready to work. At the end of each day, they left the work site neat and tidy. I highly recommend Sound Renovation and would definitely use them again!

The Sound Renovation team did a great job installing new cedar wood shingle siding as well as installing all new windows and gutters. So happy with the outcome of this roof installation. Worked with Jim to design/choose color. From design to clean up—I’ve got a raised seam roof to battle New England weather with no worries 😉.

I have high expectations for businesses. Sound Renovations exceeded even my expectations with work ethic, and professionalism. I've used Sound Renovation for the last 10 years; for my roof, green roof, gutters, and windows. They have the same crew for all those years, which says something about the company and how they treat their workers. Jim is easy to work with, does quality work, no-nonsense, great products at very fair prices. I wish other contractors were as reliable as Sound Renovations.

I got several quotes and Sound Renovation was right in the middle of the pack. I liked that they actually got back to me in a timely manner after I called. They started the project on time. The crew was terrific in cleaning up at the end of each day so that we didn't have to worry about tripping on anything in the yard. Big bonus, is that they finished ahead of time. I would definitely use them again.

This is our 2nd house that we hired Sound Renovation for complete window replacement and could not be happier. They are so precise and detailed that we did not even have to change any sills from the inside. They guarantee their work and products. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Sound Renovations for more than a decade on our residential and commercial properties. They have done repairs, replacements and new installations. Jim has always provided us with a competitive price and completed the work in the allotted time frame. He has always suggested the correct solution for the job.

Jim and the Sound Renovation team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were courteous, professional, on schedule and did a great clean-up at the end of each work day! Would not hesitate in recommending them and we'll be calling them for any future jobs.

Last year we decided to replace our pressure treated deck with a new product that I did not know of until Jim from Sound Renovations recommended it on his estimate. After 2 other estimates, that took forever to get back, we decided on Sound Renovations. The reason we went with Jim was simple, he came to the appointment when he scheduled it, his price was inline with the other estimates. His crew, just as professional as he is, The old saying, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" still holds true. I would highly recommend them 100% JoeM

They did my roof and siding and it came out perfect. They were timely, professional and polite. Their pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

THE BEST! Sound Renovation did an amazing job installing new cedar siding on my house and replacing the roof. The owner, Jim, is very professional, gave me a very fair price, returned all my calls right away, and made sure everything was done to perfection. He was there every day with his crew, always on time, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I couldn't be happier with the work I received from Sound Renovation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or siding work.

We have used Sound Renovation LLC for GAF warranty roofing repairs at our condominium complex for at least 7 years. They have responded to our roofing issues in a timely manner and preformed quality workmanship. In addition, Sound Renovation LLC completely stripped old pine clapboard siding from our eleven buildings, installed new building wrap, and installed beautiful Hardie cement fiberboard. Sound’s workmen performed in a very polite, professional manor. Sound Renovation LLC prices were very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them for future work.

Excellent work. Had the entire roof on my house replaced. Work was completed in a timely manner, everything cleaned up and work crew was very professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing roof repairs.

Absolute professionism. Their work was perfect. Cannot say enough good things about this company. My favorite part of the experience is they found a few problems with my rubber roof - unrelated to the work thuey were to do. They were able to fix it all up on the same day! They cleaned every bit of debris and the work was excellent. Highly recommend.
